Attending the working session on behalf of UEH were Dr. Dinh Cong Khai - Vice President; Dr. Thai Kim Phung - Standing Deputy Head of the Department of Communications and Partnerships; Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Phong Nguyen - Rector of UEH College of Business; Mr. Phan Ngoc Anh - Deputy Head of the Department of Communications and Partnerships; Mr. Nguyen Hoang Son - Deputy Head of the Department of Training; together with other members of the delegation. Representing Hoa Sen Group were Mr. Vu Van Thanh - Chief Executive Officer; Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Huy - Standing Deputy Chief Executive Officer; together with other Deputy Chief Executive Officers and representatives of related units.
Overview of the working session between UEH and Hoa Sen Group

In an open and cooperative atmosphere, the two sides shared development orientations and discussed the practical needs of the business in improving governance capacity, promoting digital transformation, and developing its workforce.
With its strengths in economics, management, and innovation, UEH proposed implementing key training programs for the Group’s leadership and managerial teams, oriented toward high applicability and updated to international standards, focusing on strategic thinking, leadership capacity, digital transformation, the application of AI in business, modern marketing, as well as operational optimization in logistics, warehouse management, and e-commerce.
In addition to its core programs, the two sides also agreed on an orientation to develop training programs tailored to the specific needs of Hoa Sen Group. With modern training methods such as case studies, project-based learning, coaching, and workshops, combined with academic foundations and practical experience from lecturers, experts, and business partners at home and abroad, the programs are expected to help improve learners’ professional competence, adaptability, and the practical application of knowledge.

The working session helped strengthen the connection between UEH and Hoa Sen Group, while also opening up many practical cooperation opportunities in the coming time. This is an important first step toward building high-quality training programs and developing sustainable human resources that meet the demands of the digital economy and international integration.
