Opening the presentation session, Dr. Thai Kim Phung presented on the topic "New Context and Requirements for Governance Innovation of Khanh Hoa Enterprises in the Data and AI Era." According to Dr. Thai Kim Phung, most enterprises today still govern based on personal experience, lack centralized data systems, and have limited AI application levels. In the context of increasingly fierce competition, enterprises need to shift from intuitive governance to data-driven governance, change the way they collect and analyze customer data, and gradually integrate AI into operations to improve efficiency.

From the perspective of practical implementation, M.A. Nguyen Duy Nhat - Director of the BI Lab Center, University of Economics and Law shared a presentation on "Digital Transformation in Its True Essence: From Process Standardization to Interconnected Data in Enterprises." The presentation pointed out the reality that many enterprises invest in software but fail to achieve results due to fragmented data, lack of synchronization between departments, and unstandardized operational processes. For digital transformation to be effective, enterprises need to start by correctly identifying core problems, standardizing processes, and building a unified data system before investing in large-scale technology.
