From April 13 to 19, 2026, the UEH Partnerships Summit & Career Fair 2026 “Embracing Co-Created Futures,” organized by the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH), was successfully held, recording nearly 14 billion VND in contributions while connecting more than 5,000 high-quality job opportunities to students, learners, and workers. Overview of UEH Sharing & Giving - Career Fair 2026
The event series is part of the program “Connecting Community – Sharing Knowledge – Sustainable Action,” which UEH has implemented since 2020. After five years, the program has fulfilled its mission of building an open connection platform among the university, businesses, and society.

More importantly, the program has contributed to shaping a new mindset: knowledge is not only to be accumulated but must be shared and associated with social responsibility.

The year 2026, marking UEH’s 50th anniversary, also signifies the program’s official transition to a new phase: the co-creation phase.

Nearly 14 billion VND – from resource contribution to social impact
In this spirit, since its launch, the UEH SHARING & GIVING – CAREER FAIR 2026 series has mobilized nearly 14 billion VND from the business community, partners, and UEHers.
These resources go beyond financial value and are being translated into tangible impacts:
- Expanding learning opportunities for students through scholarship programs;
- Enhancing the quality of education, research, and the learning environment;
- Promoting knowledge dissemination and transferring research outcomes into practice;
- Implementing community service projects, green education initiatives, and digital transformation.
Assoc. Prof. Bui Quang Hung - Interim President of UEH, shared: "In the current context, education cannot develop in isolation. Through the program ‘Connecting Community - Sharing Knowledge - Sustainable Action’. Beyond being a recruitment event, Career Fair 2026 is positioned as a space for connection and strategic dialogue, where universities, businesses, and learners come together to shape new standards for human resources in the context of socio-economic transformation.
Participants had access to job opportunities and directly experienced recruitment processes through one-on-one interviews, career counseling, CV development, and in-depth interactions with employers. Through this, they gain a clearer understanding of market requirements and proactively enhance their capabilities, while businesses can access potential talent early and engage more deeply in the training process.

Half a century has passed. From a book of knowledge with a nation-building mission in 1976 to today, UEH has grown into one of the leading universities in Asia. This is the journey of 8 heritage values that form UEH’s internal strength, preserved and transformed across generations of UEHers. From Unity - Compassion, which laid the foundation in the early years; Dedication - Community - Pioneering, which shaped today’s identity and standing; to Creation - Sustainability - Internationalization, which opens up the vision for the future. These 8 values crystallize into a heritage of internal strength, connecting the past, present, and aspirations, and continuing to guide UEH in co-creating the future. Stay tuned for UEH’s 50th anniversary celebration event: UEH Grand Anniversary “Embracing Future Together” On October 27, 2026, at A.116 Hall and livestreamed on UEH’s media and social media platforms. ![]() |
