Strategic cooperation relationship between UEH and the University of Wollongong
As one of UEH's strategic academic partners in Australia, the University of Wollongong (UOW) has accompanied UEH in numerous training, scientific research, lecturer development, and expanding international experience opportunities for students.
Over the years, the cooperative relationship between the two universities has been continuously consolidated and expanded through activities promoting education internationalization implemented across various aspects such as: scientific and applied research, student and staff mobility, exchange programs, while jointly implementing academic activities linked to the Australian Government's New Colombo Plan (NCP) initiatives.
Among these, the Global Pathways partial bachelor program, implemented by the ISB Institute, UEH.ISB Honours College, in collaboration with the University of Wollongong since 2020, allows students to complete their initial study period at UEH. Here, learners build a solid foundation of professional knowledge, develop academic capacity, independent thinking, and learning skills in an international environment before transferring to the University of Wollongong to continue their program and receive an international degree in Australia.
Building upon the established solid cooperation foundation, UEH and UOW expect to continue creating academic value and international development opportunities for learners. The visit also reaffirms UEH's commitment to expanding its global academic partner network, thereby increasing learning, research, international experience, and career development opportunities for students, contributing to training a generation of global citizens ready to adapt to the demands of the future.
