On April 1, 2026, at the 279 Nguyen Tri Phuong campus, the UEH College of Economics, Law and Government (CELG) welcomed and held a working session with a delegation from Flinders University (Australia). The event took place within the framework of the “UEH 50 Years - 50 Partners in 5 Continents” program, marking an important step forward in cooperation and opening up many opportunities for development in training and research between the two sides.
Attending the working session on behalf of UEH were Dr. Tran Thi Tuan Anh - Vice Rector of the UEH College of Economics, Law and Government; Mr. Le Thanh Nhan - Chief of Office of CELG; Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Le Hoang Thuy To Quyen - Standing Vice Dean of the School of Government, together with program directors and lecturers of the School.
Representing Flinders University were Prof. Angie Abdel Shafei - Head of the College of Business; Prof. Pham Thu Thuy - School of Business, Government and Law; Ms. Huyen Tran - Regional Manager of Flinders University in Vietnam, together with experts from Flinders University.

From the discussion, the two sides exchanged views and reached consensus on several key cooperation directions, including promoting student and lecturer exchanges and implementing joint research projects in the fields of public administration, public policy, and sustainable governance, while also expanding discussions on the potential development of international joint programs between UEH and Flinders University.

A highlight of the working session was the UEH Flag Journey ceremony, which marked a milestone in cooperation between the two universities and demonstrated a long-term commitment to accompanying one another in improving training quality and expanding global academic connections.

Through this event, the School of Public Administration continues to affirm its orientation toward strengthening international cooperation, expanding its academic partner network, and increasing high-quality learning opportunities for learners. In the near future, the two sides will continue to exchange and refine the cooperation, aiming to develop training programs aligned with practical needs and global trends.
