Alumni Day Khanh Hoa 2026: A Milestone Connecting the UEHers Community in the South Central Coast - Central Highlands Region

On May 16–17, 2026, the UEH Alumni Day Khanh Hoa 2026 program, with the message "Embracing Lifelong Bonds," was successfully held, bringing together numerous local leaders, UEH leadership, businesses, partners, and many generations of UEH alumni and trainees in Khanh Hoa. In addition to the main program, a series of exchanges with the Pickleball Club and the UEH Alumni Football Club contributed to spreading the spirit of sportsmanship, bonding, and companionship among generations of UEHers nationwide.

The UEH Alumni Day program was honored to welcome leaders from various departments and agencies of Khanh Hoa province: Mr. Nguyen Xuan Long - former Director of the Department of Finance; Mr. Chau Ngo Anh Nhan - Director of the Department of Finance; Ms. Do Thi Thu Trang - Deputy Director of the State Treasury Region XIII; Mr. Vo Chi Vuong - Director of the Department of Internal Affairs; Mr. Pham Quoc Hoan - Director of the Department of Science and Technology; Dr. Khong Trung Thang - Secretary of the Party Committee of Nha Trang University; Mr. Nguyen Quang Duy - Standing Vice Chairman of the Young Entrepreneurs Association of Khanh Hoa province; Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hai - General Director of Khanh Hoa Salangane Nest State-owned Company Limited, Chairman of the Young Entrepreneurs Association of Khanh Hoa province.

Representing UEH were Prof. Dr. Nguyen Khac Quoc Bao - Secretary of the UEH Party Committee; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Quang Hung - UEH President; Dr. Dinh Cong Khai - UEH Vice President; Prof. Dr. Nguyen Dong Phong - Chairman of the UEH Development Strategy Council; Prof. Dr. Su Dinh Thanh - Chairman of the UEH Science and Training Council; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Phan Thi Bich Nguyet - Chairwoman of the UEH Alumni Executive Board; along with a large number of UEH alumni.

Milestone launch of the UEH Alumni Khanh Hoa Liaison Board

In his opening speech, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Quang Hung emphasized the role of the UEH Alumni community in the development journey of UEH and the locality. In its orientation to become a multidisciplinary and sustainable university ranked among the Top 150 in Asia by 2030 and Top 100 in Asia by 2045, UEH aims not only to develop as a university but also to become a nucleus of knowledge, innovation, and community connection for local communities.

In particular, the community of over 280,000 UEH alumni is a crucial part of creating the value and influence of UEH in many socio-economic fields. Among them, UEH Alumni Khanh Hoa, along with the presence of UEH Nexus Campus Nha Trang, is expected to become a community connecting knowledge, supporting the younger generation, partnering with businesses, and making positive contributions to the development of the region through the spirit of service of UEHers.

Within the framework of the program, M.A. Phan Ngoc Anh – Deputy Head of the Department of Communications and Partnerships, General Secretary of UEH Alumni, announced and presented the decision to establish the UEH Alumni Khanh Hoa Liaison Board for the 2026–2030 term, consisting of 9 key members.

The list of members of the Liaison Board includes:

- Mr. Truong Thanh Phong - Deputy Chief Inspector of Khanh Hoa Province, Head of the Board

- Mr. Pham Cao Trung Duong - Director of DRCon Investment, Construction and Building Materials Joint Stock Company, Deputy Head of the Board

- Ms. Dinh Su Phuong Anh - Specialist at UEH Nexus Campus Nha Trang, Secretary

- Ms. Lam Thi Hoang Giang - Director of Khanh Hoa Development Investment Fund, Member

- Mr. Ho Tan Quang - Secretary of the Party Committee of Suoi Dau Commune, Member

- Mr. Truong Cong Nghia - Head of Organization Department, Khanh Hoa Development Investment Fund, Member

- Mr. Vu Xuan Loc - Director of E.Sea Land Real Estate Company, Member

- Ms. Nguyen Anh Thu - Specialist at the Department of Internal Affairs, Member

- Ms. Nguyen Thi Ai Hang - Employee of ACB Bank, Khanh Hoa Branch, Member

The establishment of the Liaison Board not only opens up an official networking platform for the local UEHers community but also lays the groundwork for knowledge sharing, career support, business cooperation, and contributions to the development of the South Central Coast - Central Highlands region in the future.

Representing the UEH Alumni Khanh Hoa Liaison Board, Mr. Truong Thanh Phong - Head of the Board, shared that UEH is not only a place for training knowledge but also a place for nurturing thinking, character, and aspirations for many generations of students. He emphasized that the establishment of the UEH Alumni Liaison Board in Khanh Hoa will contribute to strengthening connections within the alumni community, promoting sharing, cooperation, and social responsibility; and at the same time, leveraging the intellectual resources of UEHers to accompany the development of Khanh Hoa province in the future.

Talkshow spreading the success journey from the UEH knowledge foundation

A highlight of the program was the Talkshow "UEH - The knowledge foundation for the success journey of Khanh Hoa Alumni," featuring speakers who are former UEH students and trainees currently holding important positions in government agencies, organizations, and businesses in Khanh Hoa.

Through real-life stories and professional experiences, the speakers shared their journeys of growth from the knowledge foundation of UEH, the role of managerial thinking, adaptability, and innovation in the modern workplace. The guests emphasized that what UEH offers is not only professional knowledge but also thinking, confidence, networking skills, and a pioneering spirit. These are the fundamental values that have helped many generations of UEHers confidently develop and contribute to their homeland.

Sports exchange with the Pickleball Club and UEH Alumni Football Club

Within the framework of UEH Alumni Day Khanh Hoa 2026, the UEH Alumni community in Khanh Hoa engaged in lively sports activities with the UEH Pickleball Club on the afternoon of May 16 and the UEH Alumni Football Club on the morning of May 17. Notably, many alumni from Ho Chi Minh City also participated, bringing together diverse generations and graduating classes, contributing to spreading the spirit of sportsmanship and fostering connections and solidarity among UEHers.

Concluding its journey in Khanh Hoa, UEH Alumni Day 2026 continued to spread the spirit of connection and companionship among generations of UEHers, while affirming the role of UEH Alumni as a knowledge network connecting the community, businesses, and localities.

Starting from Khanh Hoa, the "Embracing Lifelong Bonds" journey will continue to Ho Chi Minh City, UEH Mekong (Vinh Long), and many other localities, expanding the network connecting the UEH Alumni community nationwide.
