Providing an overview of the program, Dr. Dinh Cong Khai, Vice President of UEH, stated that the UEH CEO Program is designed around a three-stage leadership development journey:
Understand: Helps participants reflect on their leadership capabilities, understand their enterprise's characteristics, and clearly identify the competitive landscape.
Evolve: Focuses on transformation strategies, technology management, human resources, marketing, and digital value, creating a space for participants to restructure their organizations and lead change within their enterprises.
Heighten: Through a capstone project, participants have the opportunity to develop and implement a practical project aimed at sustainable business development, international integration, and achieving outstanding growth.
The UEH CEO Program consists of one kickoff module and 16 specialized modules over four months, with classes held on weekends to accommodate the schedules of business leaders. The target audience includes chief executive officers, functional leaders, startup entrepreneurs, successor leaders in family businesses, and managers of state-owned enterprises.
The program is implemented through a flexible partnership model, where UEH is responsible for the academic aspects and quality assurance, while partners provide practical expertise, communication support, and learner networking. The faculty includes domestic and international academic experts, with the notable participation of practicing CEOs from leading corporations.
Through applied projects and an ecosystem connecting learners, experts, and enterprises, the program expects 70% of participants to successfully implement a startup project or a corporate restructuring plan. It also aims to form a UEH CEO Alumni community for sharing experiences and fostering sustainable development collaboration.
