[UEH 50] Traditional Camp UEH Youth Festival 2026: Unleashing Energy with a Series of Special Activities

The Traditional Camp commemorating the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, towards the 50th anniversary of the establishment of the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH) – UEH Youth Festival 2026, took place successfully over two days, March 21 and 22, 2026. With nearly 20 activities deployed across 5 experiential clusters, focusing on the commemoration program and music night, the event created a vibrant connection space, strongly spreading the spirit of UEH youth.

A Spirited Camp Opening

The program opened with a series of energetic live band performances by the UEH Guitar Club, providing energy for the campers to get ready to join in.

The highlight of the opening was a mass performance featuring over 500 students to the music of "Suc tre UEH" (UEH Youth Power), towards the 50th anniversary of UEH's establishment, helping to stir up the camp atmosphere and spread the enthusiastic spirit of youth to all campers at Suoi Tien Cultural Tourist Area.

In that joyous atmosphere, Comrade Nguyen Thi Thuong Nho – Secretary of the UEH Youth Union, together with Comrade Nguyen Huu Loc and Comrade Nguyen Huu Tien – Deputy Secretaries of the UEH Youth Union, performed the flag-raising ceremony to officially open the camp, welcoming UEHers to the largest traditional camp of the year.

A Colorful Party: UEH Color Me Run!

Immediately after the energetic opening, campers officially entered the challenging color run with colored powder, water guns, and a series of continuous obstacles: giant inflatable houses, soap slides, obstacle nets, zero-gravity pools... Not afraid to get stuck in, UEHers partied with all their might, creating explosive and memorable moments on each leg of the race.

UEH Waterbomb and Explosive EDM Show

Right after that, UEHers continued to burn all their energy with UEH Waterbomb – where thousands of campers immersed themselves in cool water, partying to the fullest amidst a fiery festival space. Combined with an exciting EDM Show, the entire stage area seemed to explode with the music and the endless energy of UEH youth.

Lively with "Super" Activities at 05 Camp Clusters

UEH Youth Festival 2026 continued to leave its mark with a colorful experiential space across 5 activity clusters, each a unique touchpoint, offering a series of games, challenges, and continuous interactions, attracting a large number of students to participate.

Cluster 1 – United Heat: Radiating heat with a series of continuous games, board games, and the talent playground UYF's Got Talent.
Cluster 2 – Festive Heat: Turning back childhood with folk games, a candy stall combined with magic and a Lotto show.
Cluster 3 – Popping Heat: Unleashing creativity at workshops and gameshow stages, along with an explosive random dance.
Cluster 4 – Cheerful Heat: Bursting with energy through a series of exciting giant games, combined with an Acoustic Show creating a relaxing space.
Cluster 5 – Fantastic Heat: Strengthening teamwork in the teambuilding area and spreading a spirit of pride in unit parades.

Spectacular and Proud at the Commemoration Program

On the evening of the 21st, the Program Commemorating the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 – March 26, 2026), towards the 50th anniversary of the establishment of the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (October 27, 1976 – October 27, 2026), took place successfully, leaving many emotions in every UEHer with the participation of UEH Leadership Teachers and Lecturers, Leaders of superior Youth Union – Student Association bodies, as well as former UEH Youth Union – Student Association officers from various periods.

Right at the program, UEH Leadership and Lecturers together with the Secretary of the UEH Youth Union participated in a magnificent ceremony to kick off the Series of Activities by UEH Youth towards the 50th Anniversary of the Establishment of the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City.

Merging into the atmosphere of the momentous days marking the half-century milestone of UEH, the Youth Union Standing Committee – Student Association Secretariat commended 50 outstanding Youth Union – Student Association Officers who made notable contributions in 2025.

The Intense UEH Youth Festival Music Night

Continuing the vibrant atmosphere of the Festival, the UEH Youth Festival Music Night officially kicked off with a spectacular countdown, combined with impressive lighting and stage effects, along with a novel Wacking performance from the Young Melody Club.

On a stage invested in as one of the largest-scale in the UEH Youth Union – Student Association programs, various Clubs/Teams/Groups presented a series of elaborately staged performances. Combined with an exclusive LED visual system, each performance was not only visually stunning but also created its own unique impression, contributing to elevating the festival night experience.

UEH Youth Festival 2026 also welcomed a lineup of special guests: HURRYKNG, Tez, Jaysonlei, and the band WHEE!, bringing diverse and explosive musical colors to the festival night.

The Music Night concluded with an extremely fiery stage ending by UEC. The fusion of EDM music with the audience's powerful "heat" turned the final moments of the Festival Night into an unforgettable memory for the campers at UEH Youth Festival 2026.

UEH Youth Festival 2026 not only brought exciting experiences but also helped motivate UEHers to constantly break through, ready to overcome challenges and conquer new goals. The Camp also continues to affirm the role of Youth Union – Student Association activities in connecting students, spreading the spirit of dedication, and building the identity of UEH youth on the journey towards the 50-year development milestone of the University.
