From October 23 to 26, 2025, the Ho Chi Minh City Internship and Job Fair – UEH Career Fair 2025, Phase 2, was officially held, offering over 3,000 career opportunities for students and workers in Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) and neighboring areas. A key highlight of the event was the "Conquering Recruiters 2025" Competition, designed to create an academic platform with practical knowledge and skills, empowering students to confidently showcase their capabilities and professional prowess to recruiters before entering the labor market.

Over 30 Leading Enterprises Offer More Than 3,000 Career Opportunities at UEH Career Fair 2025 - Phase 2

From October 23 to 26, 2025, the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH) hosted the Ho Chi Minh City Internship and Job Fair – UEH Career Fair 2025, Phase 2, at Campus B (279 Nguyen Tri Phuong, Dien Hong Ward, HCMC), with simultaneous online activities on the event.ueh.edu.vn and vieclam.ueh.edu.vn platforms.

The event attracted over 5,000 students and workers from HCMC and surrounding regions, with the participation of more than 30 reputable enterprises offering over 3,000 job positions in diverse fields such as Banking – Finance – Insurance, Securities, Accounting – Auditing, Consulting, Technology – E-commerce, Construction – Real Estate, Commerce – Logistics, Manufacturing – Energy, and Design – Creative Industries, etc.

In addition, the Ho Chi Minh City Internship and Job Fair - UEH Career Fair 2025, Phase 2, featured a series of career-focused activities to provide workers with a comprehensive overview of current recruitment trends and equip them with the necessary skills to adapt to the Industry 4.0 labor market. These included: the workshop “Breaking Through in Sales in the Digital Era with Masan Consumer”; the workshop “Digital Transformation in Education and Its Application for Learning and Work”; Mock Interviews with experts; online recruitment via the UEH Job Portal; direct one-on-one on-site recruitment sessions and company booths; and the "Next Gen Art" exhibition showcasing creative works by UEH students.

The "Conquering Recruiters 2025" Competition - Where Talents Shine

A special highlight of the Ho Chi Minh City Internship and Job Fair - UEH Career Fair 2025, Phase 2, was the "Conquering Recruiters 2025" Competition, themed “Where Talents Shine.” Co-organized by UEH and TOPCV Vietnam JSC, the competition aimed to create an academic platform, providing opportunities for students across HCMC to practice, learn, and affirm their capabilities.

Launched on September 26, 2025, the competition attracted nearly 1,000 contestants. They navigated five rounds designed to simulate real-world corporate recruitment processes: Round 1 - Impressive Profile; Round 2 - Technology and Innovation; Round 3 - Team Challenge; Round 4 - Personal Interview; and the Final Round - Talent Showcase.

Speaking at the competition's final round, Dr. Dinh Cong Khai - Vice President of UEH, emphasized: “In an era where artificial intelligence and digital transformation are profoundly changing how businesses operate and the labor market functions, the ability to adapt quickly and master technology has become key for young individuals to establish their standing on their career paths. The 'Conquering Recruiters' competition was created to provide students with a real-world recruitment experience, accompanying the future generation on their journey to understand their own competencies, define their career values, and cultivate a professional demeanor in a modern environment.”

Ultimately, contestant Nguyen Dai Uy delivered an impressive performance and was crowned the “Brightest Shining Talent” of the competition.

The second and third place runner-up positions were awarded to contestants Le Nguyen Thuy Dung - a K48 student from the ISB School of International Business, UEH College of Talents (ISB), and Le Vu Quynh Thu - a K49 student from the ISB International Business Program, UEH College of Talents (ISB). The two fourth-place runners-up were Doan Tran Phuong Linh - a K49 student from the School of Human Resource Management, UEH College of Economics, Law and Government (CELG), and Nguyen Huu Phuoc - a K49 student from the School of International Business, UEH College of Business (COB).

Ho Chi Minh City Internship and Job Fair (UEH Career Fair)

The Ho Chi Minh City Internship and Job Fair (UEH Career Fair) is an annual event organized by the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City. It was the first student-focused job fair model to be established in Vietnam, launched in 1998, with UEH being the first university nationwide to implement such an activity.

With 27 years of successful organization, the UEH Career Fair has established a strong brand and reputation, providing a total of over 135,000 career opportunities and attracting approximately 200,000 participants, including businesses, learners from all academic levels, and workers in HCMC and neighboring areas.

This represents a significant effort by UEH to connect a community of organizations, businesses, and individuals to act for sustainable development, disseminate multidisciplinary knowledge, and fulfill its social responsibility.
