IMA AsiaPac Student Case Competition 2024 – Ace the Case

Are you prepared for the challenge?
Time is running out! The IMA AsiaPac Student Case Competition offers a unique opportunity for students to showcase their analytical skills and solve a real-world business case. With just 3 weeks remaining, exciting prizes await the top three teams. The competition is open for entries until February 2, 2024.
What Students Have to Do: 
  • Form a team of 3-5 students (no doctoral candidates) with a faculty advisor from the same institution/university.
  • Review the case published in Strategic Finance – “Determining How To Classify Stock Investments: The Case of Unbekannt, Inc.”
  • Develop a cutting-edge solution and submit their case solution (in PowerPoint) by February 2, 2024, through this link.
  • One of the team members will need to create an IMA account to submit the case. Refer to this link on how to create an IMA account.
The top four teams will virtually present at the AsiaPac finals on Saturday, March 30, 2024. This is an opportunity for them to not only showcase their case analysis solutions but also defend their ideas before judges. Each of the four selected teams will be required to present their case analysis solutions as well as be prepared to defend their ideas and answer any additional questions the judges might have. The top three teams will be awarded some exciting prizes, including a plaque that will be sent to the university.
