The company is looking for an Accountant with 1-year contract

Job details:

• Verify all payment supporting documents (contracts, invoices, receipts, etc.) to ensure compliance with internal policies and tax laws
• File payment documents, invoices, etc. in accordance with accounting standards and the Law prescribed
• Check sales invoices and supporting documents
• Monitor and record transactions regarding payable and receivable accounts, cash and bank accounts and relevant expenses in NAV system
• Reconcile bank and petty cash on weekly and monthly basis
• Analyze vendor and customer balances to ensure the balance is reasonable and adequate
• Be responsible for the day-to-day aspects of the business’s accounting and reporting functions
• Do the month-end reconciliations to ensure accuracy of all transactions incurred in the month
• Other tasks upon request

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
• 1-3 working experiences
• Be able to use ERP software, NAV is preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
• Proficient use of office computers, especially proficient use of Excel functions
• Good knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards and Tax
