National Conference 2023: Circular economy - Directions for sustainable development

To create an exchange forum between management agencies, scientists and businesses towards sharing and discussing issues regarding the circular economy model in the world and in Vietnam. University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City in collaboration with the Department of Planning and Investment of Vinh Long Province organize a National Conference 2023 with the theme "Circular Economy - Directions for Sustainable Development". The conference focuses on sharing and exchanging concerning circular economy with sustainable development, circular business models and the relationship between circular economy and the 4.0 Industrial Revolution. Thereby, policy implications will be proposed to contribute to the effective implementation of the circular economy model, contributing to promoting sustainable development in Vietnam, especially the Mekong Delta region in the upcoming time.

Subthemes of the Conference:

(1) Principles, models and practices of implementing the circular economy model;

(2) Circular economy and sustainable development;

(3) Circular economy in the specific context of the Mekong Delta Region;

(4) Other related issues.

Submitted papers will be reviewed. If they meet the requirements, they will be published in the National Conference Proceedings with an ISBN. In addition, quality articles are recommended for submission to the Journal Asian of Business and Economic Studies (Jabes Vietnamese).
