College of Business, a member of the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH), was established on October 27, 2021, with a vital mission to train and provide high-quality human resources capable of working in a global environment. It aims to meet the increasing labor market demands in various sectors, including economics, finance, banking, insurance, accounting, auditing, tourism, hospitality, and services.
The College places particular emphasis on creating an innovative learning environment closely linked to practical experiences and the actual needs of domestic and international enterprises. This approach contributes to enhancing management quality and promoting sustainable development in economic sectors, thereby fulfilling the requirements of businesses, organizations, and society amid globalization and the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
College of Business operates with the following organizational structure: COB Office, School of Management, School of International Business and Marketing, School of Finance, School of Banking, School of Accounting, School of Tourism and Institute of Human Resource and Business Development.
ICBS 2026 aims to provide an international platform for scholars, researchers, practitioners, and policymakers to exchange knowledge, research findings, and practical insights on how artificial intelligence is reshaping business and financial systems toward sustainability. The conference encourages interdisciplinary research integrating perspectives from business theories, financial practices, governance, innovation, and sustainable development.

On April 16, 2026, the UEH College of Business (COB) hosted a working session with a delegation from City St George’s, University of London, United Kingdom. The event was an important activity within the framework of the “UEH 50 Years - 50 Partners in 5 Continents” program, aiming to actualize signed cooperation agreements while strengthening international collaboration, promoting the development of training programs, research, and educational innovation, in celebration of UEH’s 50th anniversary.
On April 9, 2026, Marriott International, in collaboration with the Department of Tourism, UEH College of Business, organized the Marriott Career Day 2026 at UEH. The event not only introduced career opportunities but also provided students with valuable guidance to help them shape their journey toward becoming senior managers in the hospitality industry.
On April 15, 2026, the UEH College of Business (COB) organized a workshop titled “Developing Case Studies for Teaching” at Campus B of the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH). The workshop attracted strong interest and participation from a large number of lecturers across various faculties.
The program is part of a series of initiatives aimed at enhancing faculty capacity in designing, developing, and utilizing case studies in teaching. It also contributes to improving the quality of case writing and promoting innovative, practice-oriented teaching methods, in celebration of the 50th anniversary of UEH.
On the morning of April 10, 2026, at UEH Campus B, the UEH College of Business, in collaboration with the Department of Research - Development and Global Engagement, organized the workshop “Decoding Customer Behaviour: From Raw Data to Real Decisions” with the participation of Dr. Binh Tran, Senior Lecturer at the Center for Data Analytics and Cognition, La Trobe Business School (Australia). The event attracted more than 40 students interested in business analytics and customer behavior analysis.
On the afternoon of April 2, 2026, at UEH Campus B - Nguyen Tri Phuong, the renewal ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH) and the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) took place. The event marked an important milestone in UEH’s internationalization strategy and in training high-quality human resources in the field of management accounting, continuing the series of international partner connection activities “UEH 50 Years - 50 Partners in 5 Continents.”
On March 26, 2026, the UEH College of Business organized a series of academic and professional exchange activities and a working session with the delagation from the University of Queensland to discuss potential directions for future collaboration.
As part of the UEH 50 Years - 50 Partners in 5 Continents program, on March 25, 2026, the School of Accounting, UEH College of Business organized an introduction session for the international transfer program expected to be implemented in collaboration with the University of Queensland (Australia). The event drew strong interest from many students and lecturers, while also opening up numerous opportunities for academic connection between the two units.
On March 18, 2026, the UEH College of Business held a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony with Park Hyatt Phu Quoc, part of the Hyatt Hotels Corporation. The event marks an important milestone in strengthening industry engagement, contributing to the enhancement of internationally oriented training for tourism and hospitality professionals.
UEH College of Business is a combination of faculties offering academic programs in business-related and adjacent disciplines. The integration of these disciplines under one college enables the development of interdisciplinary programs, supporting a large-scale training system with an annual enrollment of up to 20,000 undergraduate students, master's candidates, and doctoral researchers. The College focuses on developing undergraduate and postgraduate (master’s and doctoral) programs aligned with international standards, with degrees awarded by UEH and/or its international partner universities. These programs are designed to be open, flexible, and highly articulated, allowing for smooth transitions between programs within UEH’s member colleges and international partner institutions.
